As Co-Founder and Chief Partnership Officer at Symend, Tiffany Kaminsky spearheads the development of strategic alliances that propel innovation and company expansion. Since co-founding Symend in 2016, she’s played a pivotal role in the company’s growth, helping establish its reputation as a leader in behavioral engagement solutions for debt recovery.

With over 15 years of experience, Tiffany has held leadership roles in strategy, marketing, and social impact, consistently championing data-driven, customer-centric approaches. Her dedication to Symend is rooted in its strong social mission, which aligns with her commitment to creating positive, meaningful change.

Beyond her work at Symend, Tiffany is a key contributor to the broader tech community, serving on the board of A100 and as a judge for the EY Entrepreneur of the Year program, where she supports emerging business leaders.

Education

Tiffany earned a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Marketing and Management from the University of Saskatchewan. During her time there, she was actively involved in the SCSS Charity Committee, reflecting her early dedication to leadership and social responsibility. Additionally, Tiffany has obtained a MIT Fintech Certificate and a Masterclass Certification in Nudging, Applied Behavioral Science.
