Symend announced Tracy Huitika's appointment as Vice President of Engineering. The executive joins the AI and behavioral science-powered collections platform motivated by its mission and empathetic debt recovery approach.
Huitika brings extensive leadership experience from both scaling startups and managing enterprise teams. Previously at Beanworks, she directed technology and data transformation efforts preceding the company's $100M acquisition by Quadient. Her Unbounce tenure focused on enhancing data team capabilities through trust-building and strategic business alignment. Throughout her career, she has modernized SaaS platforms, updated ERP systems, and managed secure, compliant technology organizations.
